For purchases made through Google Play Store or Apple App Store, the refund policies of the respective platform apply. You must request refunds directly through Google or Apple.

All content in the App, including but not limited to videos, courses, images, and logos, is owned or licensed by the Philippine Martial Arts Alliance. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit this content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and helpful information, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We are not responsible for:

• - Any injury or harm resulting from practicing martial arts techniques learned from the App.

• - Any data loss, unauthorized access, or technical issues related to the App.

• - Third-party content or links provided in the App.

• - Device incompatibility, crashes, or security vulnerabilities outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's performance and reliability.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, misuses the App, or violates Google or Apple's policies. Users may also delete their accounts at any time.

8. Compliance with Google and Apple Policies

This App complies with the Google Play Developer Policies and Apple App Store Guidelines. We reserve the right to update these Terms to reflect any changes required by Google or Apple.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nebraska. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nebraska.
